Business and Relationship Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business and Relationship Development Executive to join our team at Pertemps Cambridge. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships in and around London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining a clear prospect list through networking and account management
  • Meet and exceed agreed targets and KPIs, providing regular reports and updates to the Director of Sales and field sales team
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, sharing best practices and expertise to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of business development and relationship management
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
