Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with colleagues and senior management to achieve sales targets
- Produce regular reports and presentations to senior management and the sales team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client relationships
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of business development and relationship building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience of using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
