About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business and Relationship Development Executive to join our team at Pertemps Bond. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in and around London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and partnership collaborations
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager and Director of Sales to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Produce regular reports and data-led information to support sales efforts and business growth
  • Attend sales meetings and present to the Director of Sales and field sales team
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of business development and relationship management
  • Full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and performance bonus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies
  • IT literate in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
