Business Development Manager

Pertemps Cambridge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business and Relationship Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships in and around London.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Network and establish new business relationships, identifying potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager and Director of Sales to achieve sales targets and develop business growth strategies.
- Provide data-led insights and reports to support sales performance and business growth.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and account management.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- DBS Check Mandatory.
