We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business and Relationship Development Executive to join our team at Pertemps Bond. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships in and around London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team to close deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of business development and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • IT literate in Microsoft Office, with experience of using CRM systems.
