Job Title: Business and Relationship Development Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business and Relationship Development Executive to join our team at Pertemps Bond. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships in and around London.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with colleagues and management to achieve sales targets
* Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:

* 3 years' minimum experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of sales success
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
* IT literate in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
