Key Responsibilities- Support the Director of Business Development in driving business growth and delivering sales plans that meet or exceed financial metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including EBCs, professional trustees, and existing clients.
- Support the execution of bulk annuity transactions, including policy conditions, and communicate with senior executives on the impact of actuarial developments.
- Monitor market trends and analyze data to ensure management of risk and support the development of the business strategy.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in the UK Bulk Annuity market, preferably with experience in origination and execution of bulk annuity transactions. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of BPA products and pricing, as well as capital requirements under Solvency II. They will be commercially astute, driven, and energetic, with excellent presentation skills and the ability to think strategically.
