About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Coordinator to join our sales team at Vapourtec Ltd, a leading manufacturer of laboratory-scale flow chemistry instruments. As a Sales Growth Coordinator, you will drive growth and build strong customer relationships, providing timely quotations, supporting customers with product inquiries, and collaborating with colleagues to maximise sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong customer relations through sales-related activities.
  • Regularly monitor the CRM system to identify current and past opportunities, promoting relevant products to customers.
  • Help generate leads for both short- and long-term sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Vapourtec colleagues to maximise sales revenue and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Keep accurate customer contact records within the company CRM system.
  • Agree upon and adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales excellence.
  • Assist the wider sales team with ongoing tenders and sales administration tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in inside sales or administration.
  • Genuine interest in pursuing a career in customer service and sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Outlook.
  • At least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) in core subjects (English, Maths, Science) at grade C (4) or above.
  • Qualification in Customer Service and/or Sales.
  • Experience using a CRM system to maintain customer records.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales of technical products.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 40 hours per week – On-site.
  • 25 days annual holiday + bank holidays.
