About the Position

Think FE Ltd is seeking a Lecturer in Public Services to join its team at a Leading Further Education College in Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will contribute to the education and development of students pursuing careers in public services.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality instruction to both full-time and part-time students.
  • Serve as a course tutor, tracking student progress and offering personalized guidance to help each student achieve their potential.
  • Collaborate in the development and refinement of course materials, ensuring alignment with current industry requirements and college objectives.
  • Participate in college recruitment activities, career fairs, and other events to attract prospective students.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment, upholding college safeguarding, health, and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Background in the Public Services sector, minimum level 3 or similar professional qualification in the area.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage students and a commitment to inclusive education practices.
  • Flexible, collaborative, and aligned with the college's core values, with an understanding of safeguarding and diversity.
