**About Unicut Precision**

Unicut Precision is a leading subcontract precision multi-axis CNC Turning and Milling manufacturer with a global client base. We are committed to providing high-quality components with a rapid turnaround, catering to a diverse range of sectors and delivering cost-effective manufacturing solutions.

**Role Overview**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Unicut Precision. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the sales process and contribute to overall business development efforts
  • Produce and follow up on quotations, and provide a monthly pipeline report

**Requirements**

  • Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
  • A strong knowledge of the CNC Turning and Milling process
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competition
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Qualified to HNC level in Precision Engineering, or related field
