We are currently seeking a dedicated Business Account Executive to manage and develop accounts primarily in the St Albans & Luton regions. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing multiple accounts and actively pursuing new business opportunities. Your clientele will include companies in contract catering, healthcare, and education, where you will offer competitive coffee solutions by building and nurturing relationships in this field-based position.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and enhancing an existing portfolio of accounts within your designated area
- Engaging with key decision-makers, area managers, and buyers
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Driving year-on-year profit growth across your accounts
- Conducting regular site visits and delivering on-site training
- Strategically planning account management to increase product penetration
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience as a Client Relationship Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, Field Sales Executive, or Field Sales Account Manager, who possess a proven track record in account management. While experience in the coffee industry or hospitality is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.
Compensation for this role includes: a basic salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum (based on experience), alongside an OTE of approximately £8-11k in bonus potential, as well as additional incentives. This field-based sales position also offers a company vehicle.
