Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the sales process and contribute to business development efforts
  • Produce and follow up on quotations, and maintain a monthly pipeline report

Requirements:

  • Proven business development, sales, and relationship management skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Knowledge of the CNC Turning and Milling process
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competition
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Qualification to HNC level in Precision Engineering, or related field
