Business Development Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Brogan Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing new business opportunities across our scaffolding, mast climber, and hoist divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Collaborate with our sales team to achieve sales targets
- Manage and maintain our CRM database to track leads and opportunities
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Proven track record of business growth and sales success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Construction industry experience preferred
