About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and providing a personalized experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide face-to-face customer service in a fast-paced branch environment, adhering to our policies and procedures.
  • Process a wide range of transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Play a supporting role in educating customers about our self-service devices and digital banking platforms.
  • Collaborate with the branch team to improve workflows and processes, making banking with HSBC easier for our customers.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, enabling effective conversations, building strong connections, and showing empathy to our customers.
  • Take ownership of customer inquiries, resolving them efficiently and effectively.
  • Be resilient in a continuously changing environment, adapting to new challenges and priorities.
