About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to join our sales team at Button House, a three-minute walk from Hackbridge train station. As a Sales Advisor, you will be an ambassador for Brio, representing and amplifying our concept and lifestyle. Your role will involve managing sales enquiries, booking appointments, arranging property visits, and acting as a personal advisor to potential customers.

You will also be responsible for liaising with Estate Agents, Solicitors, and removal companies to ensure a smooth customer journey. To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and working in a customer-facing environment. Property experience is desirable, but not essential. We are interested in speaking to candidates from a recruitment, events management, or customer-facing background.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales enquiries and book appointments
  • Arrange property visits and act as a personal advisor to potential customers
  • Liaise with Estate Agents, Solicitors, and removal companies
  • Generate leads and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Two years' experience in a customer-facing role
  • One year's experience in sales
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM
