A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an **Estate Agent -Senior Sales Consultant **to join one of the area's most well-known agents, working out of their successful offices in **Purley/Wallington/Sutton**

**The Role**

Working at the heart of your branch team and with colleagues across your region and branch network, you’ll be **passionate about matching people with the most appropriate property.** The role's main purpose is to **conduct property viewings, negotiate offers** and **negotiate sales **and their progress through exchange and completion. Valuation experience would be beneficial as well.

It’s a passion you’ll share with your colleagues, who’ll support and assist you to deliver the **best customer service possible.**

**The Role**

**As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be in charge of**:

- **Booking in and conducting valuations** with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
- Providing **honest, reliable & professional advice **to potential Vendors & Buyers
- Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
- **Following office procedures & policies**:

- Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
- Listing **properties on the market**:

- Proactively **ring thorough the database for business generation**
- **Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator** **experience is essential**:

- You will have **strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills**:

- You will have **solid IT skills and experience** of using Estate Agency CRM systems
- **Negotiation skills **and a natural sales ability is key
- You will be **well spoken and well presented**:

- You will be **target driven and ambitious**:

- You will have **excellent organisational skills and punctuality** is of upmost importance
- If you have experience in valuations - additional OTE will be on the top on sales one

**please be advised salary advertised is average salary banding including OTE on top of basic per annum **

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
