L&D Capability Consultant

Lorien is seeking a seasoned Learning and Development (L&D) Capability Consultant to join our team. As an L&D Capability Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective blended learning solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key capabilities and develop targeted learning agendas.
  • Design and build innovative blended learning solutions that incorporate AI-powered E-Learning technologies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with divisional stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Analyze data to evaluate the success of key learning activities and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Monitor project activity, resource allocation, budget, and risk management to ensure timely delivery and optimal outcomes.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in Learning and Development or Capability functions, with a focus on designing and implementing blended learning solutions.
  • Expertise in developing AI-powered E-Learning solutions and leveraging learning technologies to drive innovation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate learning success and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Experience working in the Financial Services sector, with a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities.
