We are looking for a professional with experience in developing E-Learning AI solutions and content to support our business plan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Learning & Development or Capability functions, with a proven track record of designing and building blended learning solutions that drive innovation and customer-focused outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead on capability/learning agendas, including discussions with stakeholders and sponsors to strengthen key capabilities.
- Provide subject matter expertise in building effective blended learning solutions, leveraging the 70:20:10 model.
- Develop and manage relationships with divisional stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Support larger projects and be accountable for managing smaller projects and 'business as usual' to agreed outputs, time, and budget.
- Analyse data and evaluate the success of key learning activities, reporting back to key stakeholders.
- Monitor activity, resource, budget, and risk management within key projects and activities, reporting to the Senior Capability Consultant/Manager responsible.
- Enhance the Organisational Capability and HR brand and credibility.
Essential Skills & Experiences:
- Experience working within a Learning & Development or Capability function.
- Experience designing and building blended learning solutions that support defined objectives.
- Experience developing AI E-Learning Solutions.
- Experience utilising learning technologies to drive innovation and blended learning.
- A pragmatic, proactive, and curious mindset with experience deploying a range of solutions when faced with challenges, ensuring these solutions are customer-focused and balance the wider needs of the organisation.
- Experience evaluating the success of learning by building and presenting relevant management information and reports to key stakeholders.
- Experience in digital/data capability development.
- Experience working in the Financial Services Sector.
