About the Role

We're looking for a talented Learning and Development professional to join our team. As a Learning and Development Consultant, you'll work closely with our managers and leaders to build a culture of learning that drives high performance. You'll be responsible for designing and facilitating our management and leadership development program to a world-class standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our managers and leaders to build a culture of learning that drives high performance.
  • Design and facilitate our management and leadership development program to a world-class standard.
  • Work with our HR Business Partners to map out career pathways for managers and leaders and ensure learning is relevant and accessible to all.
  • Evaluate and produce results showing the positive impact our learning interventions have on key business metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members at all levels, adept at influencing and articulating solutions both verbally and in writing.
The Interview Process

  • In-person interview or virtual interview with our People Experience Director and stakeholder from Rewardgateway.
