Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Mercury Hampton Careers. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating theatres and complex engineering systems, focusing on long-term high-value capital project sales with hospitals, contractors, architects, and channel partners in the Eastern side of the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the medical capital equipment industry. They will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

In terms of salary, we offer a basic salary between £40,000-£50,000, plus an open-ended target earnings (OTE) of £80,000-£90,000. Additionally, we provide a company car or car allowance, a pension scheme, private healthcare, and home office flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven sales experience in the medical capital equipment industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Estimate: £45,500-£65,750 per annum
