**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team in supporting residents with daily living tasks, medication management, and promoting independence in Barrow In Furness.

As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by assisting them with day-to-day activities, grocery shopping, appointments, and medication administration. You will help encourage and support our residents to re-learn skills and tackle new ones in a safe and supportive environment.

You will celebrate every step our residents take on their path to greater independence and mental health recovery, no matter how small. Supporting them through difficult times whilst learning from your colleagues as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Support residents with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
  • Guide residents with grocery shopping and attending routine appointments.
  • Administer prescribed medication according to our policies and procedures.
  • Encourage residents to engage in physical activities and social events.
  • Regularly review support plans to ensure they meet our residents' needs and aspirations.
