About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in this field, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to manage their mental health, build resilience, and develop self-care routines.
Main Responsibilities- Promote independence: Assist individuals in developing life skills, managing finances, and accessing community resources.
- Foster social connections: Encourage social involvement, facilitate community activities, and reduce feelings of isolation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals: Work closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and other support staff to create personalized care plans.
Estimated Salary: £11.60 per hour
We offer flexible part-time work arrangements, allowing you to balance your responsibilities while making a difference in the lives of our clients.
