Night Mental Health Care Worker

**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Night Support Worker to join our team in Barrow In Furness. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
Your responsibilities will include supporting residents with daily living tasks, administering medication, and promoting independence. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care and make a positive impact on our residents' lives.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications**- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care.
- Experience working with vulnerable adults, preferably in a mental health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends.
