Halton Community Staff Nurse Nights Position

Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a highly skilled and compassionate nurse to fill the position of community staff nurse, working nights in the Halton OOH District Nursing service. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the District Nursing Sister to provide top-notch patient-centered care to our housebound patients.
The key requirements for this role include possessing a qualified RN First level RGN qualification, being NMC registered as an adult nurse, and having post-registration nursing experience. Essential skills and attributes include performing complex assessments, male and female catheterization, experience of working in palliative care, and IV therapy.
