Human Resources Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide central support for employment lifecycle policies and processes for managers, employees and colleagues.
• Act as a focal point for advice and guidance on people management areas, including absence management, grievances, conduct and capability issues.
• Support HR Business Partners in areas of policy development, operational and corporate initiatives, across the council as required.
• Act as a positive advocate for the wider HR Team within their dedicated area, and ensure two-way communication is promoted.
Working Arrangements:
This is an initial 6-month contract, which could be extended.
You will report to a HR Business Partner and work on your own initiative when providing advice and support to colleagues outside of HR.
