About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Strategic Partnerships - Commercial Due Diligence to join our global team. As a key member of our Commercial Due Diligence practice, you will be responsible for leading and executing high-profile engagements for our clients. Your expertise in market analysis, financial modeling, and competitive assessments will drive strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and recommendations, and cultivate strong client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead Commercial Due Diligence engagements for high-profile clients across diverse industries
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, financial modeling, and competitive assessments to inform strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and recommendations

**Requirements:**

* 5+ years of strategy consulting experience with a focus on Commercial Due Diligence
* Proven track record of leading successful consulting engagements
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
