We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager to support the delivery of ambitious membership growth targets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering presentations to drive Chartered College membership, identifying opportunities for scalable income generation, and supporting existing partnerships.
About the Role:
This exciting opportunity involves working closely with our Associate Director: Partnerships to take ownership of partnership development, sales, and account management. You will build and maintain relationships with external organisations, develop new business opportunities, and support the overall membership strategy. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality presentations to promote Chartered College membership
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and stakeholders
- Manage sales pipeline and track progress towards targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the education sector
- Strong understanding of the British education system and current challenges facing teachers and school leaders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
