**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Preconstruction Manager to play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of pre-construction activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting site inspections and preparing site plans.
  • Managing project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Overseeing the development of pre-construction documents, including plans and specifications.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
  • Evaluating, negotiating, and awarding construction contracts.
  • Monitoring the progress and quality of pre-construction activities.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in pre-construction management on office fit-out projects.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A thorough understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
