The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of pre-construction activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections and prepare site plans to ensure accurate project documentation.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the development of pre-construction documents, including plans and specifications, to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and award construction contracts to ensure the best value for the company.
  • Monitor the progress and quality of pre-construction activities to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in pre-construction management on office fit-out projects.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A thorough understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
