As a Preconstruction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of pre-construction activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting site inspections and preparing site plans to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Managing project timelines and budgets to meet client expectations.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication.
  • Overseeing the development of pre-construction documents, including plans and specifications to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Evaluating, negotiating, and awarding construction contracts to secure the best value for our clients.
  • Monitoring the progress and quality of pre-construction activities to ensure timely completion.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in pre-construction management on office fit-out projects.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • A thorough understanding of construction processes and safety regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Proficiency in project management software to streamline project execution.
