Job Summary

Skilled Careers is seeking a highly skilled Preconstruction Manager to join our team. As a Preconstruction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of pre-construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site inspections and prepare site plans to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee the development of pre-construction documents, including plans and specifications.
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and award construction contracts to ensure best value for the company.
  • Monitor the progress and quality of pre-construction activities to ensure timely completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in pre-construction management on office fit out projects.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
