Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to join our Corporate Account team as a Sales Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Team, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining relationships with key customers and suppliers.

Key Tasks:

  • Provide first point of contact for customers via email and telephone
  • Maintain accurate records and update database information
  • Manage Client Portal and identify issues affecting customer service and account profitability
  • Liaise with various departments to create reports on timescales, deadlines, and costs
  • Chase Installation and Service departments to ensure jobs are completed within timeframes and customer SLAs
  • Liaise with Customer Service department to resolve invoice queries
  • Ensure all service agreements are met and assist Installation team with preparing Installation packs
  • Maintain contact with relevant contact points within client organizations
  • Ensure processes and regulations are continually updated and adhered to
  • Perform weekly and quarterly analysis and maintain accurate records
  • Manage and work closely with the Corporate Account team
  • Provide monthly information to CAD show performance and targets in terms of sales KPIs, debtors, SLA, and URN status
  • Implement and act in accordance with the organization's information security policies
  • Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference
  • Report security events or potential events or other security risks to the organization
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Previous experience in an Administration role
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Organized and good planning skills
  • Confident and credible
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
