Job Title: Sales Negotiator

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for sales and negotiation? Do you have a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters.

Job Summary:

The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers, negotiating sales and lettings, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clients and customers with a professional estate agency service, maximising business from opportunities created.
  • Register and book valuations to the company's set standards, giving the Valuer the best opportunity to obtain the business.
  • Regular contact with applicants, introducing them to property matching their requirements swiftly and efficiently.
  • Organise viewings of properties with potential buyers, building rapport before, during, and after the appointment.
  • Contacting applicants after viewings to obtain feedback on behalf of the company and fellow colleagues.
  • Sell properties to applicants and negotiate with potential buyers, ensuring that our Vendors' interests are best served at all times.
  • Keep clients regularly informed as to the status of their sale and efficiently expedite and communicate throughout the sales process from acceptance of offer to exchange of contracts.
Requirements:
  • Maturity, responsibility, and reliability; self-motivation, integrity, enthusiasm, patience, and tact.
  • Well-organised, a good time manager with an ability to think ahead.
  • Confident, articulate, and effective presenter, with persuasive and manipulative skills, allied to the strength of character to get own way.
  • Good communication skills; both written and telephonic.
  • Willingness to learn and confidence to ask questions if something is not clear.
Working Hours:

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, normally working between 9.00am and 5.30pm, with one in four Saturdays from 9.00am to 1.00pm.
