Job Summary:

The Recruitment Experts is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering and building rapport with potential home buyers, arranging and conducting property viewings, and negotiating offers between vendors and buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and register potential home buyers, building strong relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing valuable feedback to vendors to enhance their sales experience.
  • Negotiation and Sales: Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, providing essential data for business growth and development.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the property industry.
  • Skillset: Strong negotiation and communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and good organisational skills.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or certifications in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
