As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing the property register, winning instructions, and assisting the Branch Manager in maximizing branch profit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and maximize business opportunities through effective property valuations and listings.
- Carry out valuations and listings, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Book and conduct property viewings, providing exceptional customer service to clients.
- Deliver first-class customer service over the phone and face-to-face, building strong relationships with clients.
- Work towards and achieve personal and branch targets, contributing to the company's growth and success.
- Negotiate and agree offers on property sales, representing the company in a professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with local property owners and investors, identifying new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Sales Valuer, with a strong track record of success.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a willingness to step out of your comfort zone to provide the best service.
- Integrity and respect for peers, with a strong team ethos.
- Proven capability of leading by example, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Great customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Hold a full valid UK driving license.
Package:
- Competitive basic salary of £22,000 - £28,000.
- £35,000 - £40,000 OTE (higher for top-quality skilled valuers).
