Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential lettings clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their property needs are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct viewings, negotiate rentals, and manage tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless service for clients and candidates.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the lettings department, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator in a residential lettings environment.
