We’re looking for a** Housing Coordinator (Lettings) **to join our **Allocations & Lettings** team in **Peterborough**.

**About the role and person**:

- Monday - Friday
- Permanent

**What skills/behaviours do you need to be a Housing Coordinator (Lettings)?**
- Excellent administration, record keeping and data entry experience.
- Understanding of GDPR as you’ll be working with sensitive customer data.
- “Live & Breathe” great customer centric behaviours, putting our customers at the heart of everything you do and empathise when things aren’t going to plan.
- You’ll be driven to get positive outcomes, understanding the impact on our customers.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise.
- An eye for detail and accuracy to ensure first time resolution.
- Ability to work at pace and manage conflicting priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management to liaise with contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and have difficult conversations about timeframes.

**Location**

**Salary**

The spot salary for this post is £26,250 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
