Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments from customers, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate payment plans
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with internal members of staff to ensure seamless communication
- Bank Reconciliation and Cash Allocation
- Dealing with invoice queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Working Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work to timed deadlines and maintain accurate records
- Assertive but tactful manner
- Good negotiation skills and proficiency in Microsoft
What's on Offer
Salary up to £25,000 per annum + 22 days annual leave (plus banks) + Pension + Free on-site parking + 5% bonus + Discount on products.
