The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of credit controllers, ensuring timely and effective management of customer accounts, and driving business growth through efficient credit control processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Contacting customers to resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate repayment plans
- Maintaining accurate customer records and processing payments
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless credit control operations
- Producing and sending collection letters and notifications
- Performing bank reconciliations and generating customer statements
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
- Experience in credit control or a related field
