As a Dutch speaking Collections Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring timely collections from clients, dealing with blocked orders, and preparing accounts for legal action. Your excellent customer service skills and ability to work under timed deadlines will be essential in this role. You will also be required to liaise with internal team members and deal with customers via email and phone. The successful candidate will possess fluent verbal and written Dutch, Microsoft proficiency, and the ability to work as part of a team. In return, you will receive a competitive salary up to £26,000 per annum, 25 days holiday, hybrid working, EAP, and free on-site parking.
