Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is currently recruiting for a Social Worker position at Samuel Johnson Community Hospital in Lichfield.
As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with mental health needs and their carers in the community. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams and partner agencies to assess, access, and implement a range of social care services.
