Position Overview

We are seeking a SEN Support Worker to join our team at an Ofsted-rated Outstanding SEN school in Lichfield, UK. As a SEN Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, promoting positive relationships and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with SEMH needs, providing individualised guidance and encouragement to promote positive behaviour.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and families, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment that promotes student well-being and academic success.

We are offering a competitive salary of £425 - £450 per week.
