We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

About the Role:

  • Supporting students with SEN across the school, providing 1:1 support and group instruction
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
  • Contributing to the overall success of our school community by participating in whole-school events and activities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing engaging learning activities to promote student engagement and motivation
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to students, promoting social and emotional well-being
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and development

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in education or SEN support (e.g., BA, BSc Ed, etc.)
  • Previous experience working with children with special educational needs

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £20,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including CPD opportunities, health insurance, and access to a range of employee discounts.
