We are looking for a motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as an Education Support Assistant. In this role, you will contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with SEMH needs and other SEN requirements.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with teaching staff to develop and deliver effective lesson plans
  • Providing personalized support to students through small group sessions and one-to-one interactions
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating regularly with teaching staff

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong foundation in psychology or a related field, experience in SEN, and a genuine interest in education and working with children.

Estimated Salary: £425-£450 per week
