  • Support students within the classroom, small groups, and one-to-one
  • Use evidence-based strategies to promote positive behaviour and academic achievement
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualised learning plans
  • Contribute to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment

The successful candidate will have:

  • Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 in childhood studies or TA course)
  • Experience working in a SEN school or setting
  • Extra SEN Training certificates (such as MAPA, Mackaton, Team Teach)
  • A passion for supporting children with special needs
