We are seeking a dedicated SEN teacher to join our team at Longdon Hall School, an independent specialist day school for boys and girls aged 7-18. Our mission is to provide a high-quality education service for students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver individualized learning plans in accordance with the school's curriculum framework.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and report on outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment for students.
  • Create and review personalized education plans and other relevant documents.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students on and off site.

The role requires a UK-based applicant only. You will need to undergo a fully enhanced DBS check as part of your application process. The estimated salary for this position is up to £36,925.00 per annum, dependent on experience.
