Job Summary:
TeacherActive is seeking a skilled Special Needs Education Worker to join our team. As a SEND Learning Support Assistant / SEND LSA, you will provide support to children with Autism or challenging behaviours in Lichfield.
About the Position:
This role requires a dedicated and compassionate individual who can adapt to the needs of others. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Supporting children with Autism or challenging behaviours
- Providing effective classroom management and interventions
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to achieve academic and personal goals
What We Offer:
- Daily rate of £83.23
- Annual salary range of £15,500 - £17,700
- Cpd Courses and certificates as part of our My-Progression channel
- Dedicated team of consultants available for onboarding support
