Education Assistant Leader

Key Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing academic support to students, working closely with teachers to develop and implement effective lesson plans, and contributing to the overall success of the school. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents, and adhere to health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
We're looking for someone who is passionate about education, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The estimated salary for this role is £21,600 - £24,000 (Term-Time Only), depending on experience.
