At Infinity, we're seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for driving growth and retention.

About the Job

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience, with flexible working arrangements from our Reigate or Manchester offices.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in B2B software account management or customer success roles, with strong time management and prioritization skills. They will also have knowledge of standard desktop software applications and a solid understanding of online marketing.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing your allocated customer book, delivering exceptional service, and driving commercial conversations. You'll work closely with our marketing team to nurture customer advocacy and support internal tasks and projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performance (retention) of your allocated customer book.
  • Delivering service offers to customers, including touch-in calls and account reviews.
  • Commercial responsibility for customers engaged with.
  • Onboarding new customers and realizing value quickly.
  • Nurturing customer advocacy with our marketing team.
  • Supporting or leading internal tasks and projects.
  • Producing reports and forecasts as required for the Customer Success function.
