Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through proactive communication, regular feedback, and timely issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of our complex SaaS product, leveraging this expertise to provide strategic guidance and support to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, progress, and success metrics.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related field within a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Possess a strong commercial acumen and ability to champion renewal conversations.
